Types of Engineering Courses : IITD offers undergraduate, postgraduate, doctorate, dual and integrate programs. Types of engineering courses offered by IITD are Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Power), Engineering Physics, Mechanical Engineering and Production and Industrial Engineering. Admission Criteria IIT Delhi : Admission criteria depend on the program in which candidates want to get admitted. For an undergraduate course, the candidates should have passed the Higher Secondary Examination or 10+2 from any recognized Central/state board. The candidates should have cleared their BE/BTech from any recognized University or Institution for admission in ME/MTech program. For MSc and MBA, the candidates should have a BSc degree and any graduate degree from any recognized university. The candidates must have done their Bachelor's and Master's degree in the field of Technology for admission in doctoral program. Graduation should have done by the candidate to be eligible for the integrate and dual courses. Admission Procedure: Selections are made on the basis of written exam. Joint Entrance Exam conducted by IITs is the base for the admission in Undergraduate, Integrate and Dual programs. GATE and JAM are the basis to get admitted in postgraduate programs.
